A Child's Dress From 1600
This reconstruction of a child's dress from the year 1600 is based on the pattern found in Janet Arnold's "Patterns of Fashion 3" and was made by Katie as an entry to the Costume Society's Patterns of Fashion Awards in 2020/21.
The Patterns of Fashion Awards is an international competition run by the Costume Society. The Awards challenge students of costume (and associated fields of study) to recreate a period garment using appropriate period techniques.
